Group therapy can be an intimidating thing for many people. However, it is a powerful and effective mode of treatment and is often a lot of fun. Being part of group where you can get support from others and also feel a sense of helping others is rewarding for many group members. See below for current groups being offered. Transgender / Gender-identity therapy Group
I am interested in offering a new therapy and self-care group for people who identify as transgender, gender queer, or with a non-binary gender identity. This will be a small group (up to 6 members). The purpose of this group will be to process concerns regarding mental health, relationships, and other general areas of life. Please contact me if you would be interested in this group. Day and time of group will be determined based on members' and leader's availability.
